Hong Kong Cuisine: Authentic Asian Fusion in Plainfield, IL

We tried Hong Kong for the first time last night and it was really good! The portion sizes are great and the flavor of our dishes hit the spot. We’ll definitely be coming back.

First time trying this place out for dinner take out. Let me start out with the staff was very friendly, credit machine was down so they were struggling a bit, but were very accommodating. The soups were some of the best I’ve had, my wife loved the hour and sour. My wonton soup was amazing! Its not your typical wonton with the noodles and chives, its loaded with veggies and meat, loved it. The hunan chicken was very tasty nice spice. Portions are very large, plenty of food even getting the small. The egg roll was blah, doughy and mushy inside and my chicken with broccoli was good but not great, if you like a light garlic sauce for that dish then you would probably really like it, i was looking for a little more bite. That said im definitely trying more menu options from this place and would recommend giving them a shot!

I wish I took a picture before digging in but I’m obsessed with their new jalapeño chicken! We also love their crab Rangoons and mushu special here. They always have big portions, great ingredients, and super friendly staff

Always my go to for Chinese food. I love their friendly service and fresh food. The jumbo shrimp fried rice and Singapore noodles are my favorite.

I really enjoy this restaurant. The food is good and they always deliver quicker than anticipated. They know me when I call and it's a great quick meal when you don't feel like cooking! I do hate the credit card fee though, otherwise great food!

Hong Kong Cuisine is a great restaurant that serves traditional Chinese dishes. They have been around for a long time and really make delicious food. The portions are good sized and they give you the option of small, large, and extra large on most dishes. Although there are a few very small tables, this restaurant is a traditional carry out establishment. Parking can be somewhat challenging as the shopping plaza it is located in is kinda of small. But it if you are wanting great tasting Chinese food, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I wanted to try the poo poo platter, but didn't see it on the menu.. so I almost walked out.. but settled for the General Tso Chicken Erica hooked it up! She was real friendly ..SUPER friendly ....suspiciously friendly nooo jk!! Food was rice had a bunch of chicken in it...Got more than enough and spent like $10

We come an hour away to get this food. Hong Kong Steak and Beef Chow Fun is beyond delicious. It's carry out however they have a couple of small tables and they accommodate us! So thankful for that! Super Friendly as well!
